The member’s daughter reported that no one was expected to visit the residence until Wednesday, March 4. Leaf Burning Incident | Zone 9 Around noon on Saturday, November 22, 2025, a BIS member noticed smoke coming from a neighbor’s yard and promptly notified Broadmoor Fire. Fire personnel responded immediately and discovered that the non-member homeowner had been burning leaves and other yard debris without the required permit.
