While conducting patrols and security checks, a BIS Officer observed an unfamiliar vehicle parked in a member’s driveway with its engine running and lights off. A complete exterior check of the property was conducted with no signs of criminal activity, attempted forcible entry, property damage, or theft observed. All doors and windows were secure.
