BIS officers request that you call the BIS office at 719-634-4000 when you return from a trip. Officers can coordinate when to deliver the mail, packages, and newspapers securely stored with BIS while you were away.
If your travels home are delayed, no problem - BIS will continue to pick up those items until you return home or inform BIS otherwise.
All service requests will be replied to via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours please contact the BIS office.
