10/5 - 10:38pm | Zone 6 - Broadmoor Valley Rd While patrolling the area, a BIS Officer observed a white male in his 40s wearing a black and brown coat, sleeping inside a BMW parked behind a member's closed business. The Officer contacted the male, who did not appear to be impaired or in need of assistance. The male acknowledged having no connection to the business and was asked to leave the private property.
