Received a call from a BIS member regarding a suspicious vehicle observed earlier in the day driving slowly through the neighborhood. The vehicle was described as an older-model gray sedan operated by a Hispanic male; no additional description was provided. The reporting member advised there was an estate sale taking place in the area at the time.
