2/19…11:00 pm…Zone 6…Haversham Drive:  While patrolling and conducting security checks, a BIS officer found a member’s garage door open and lights on inside the garage and house. The homeowner was awakened by the Officer and the garage door was closed.


2/19…11:40 pm…Zone 5…El Encanto Drive:  BIS officer found an open garage door at a member’s house, lights on inside the garage. Service request was active, and the member was known to be away from home. Officer attempted contact at the front door with no response. No unusual activity in the area or signs of entry into the house. The officer was able to close and secure the garage door.

2/23…4:00am….Zone 5…W. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd:  Contacted by a non-member concerning three armed individuals attempted to invade his home. During the incident, one of them fired a single shot from the street into the residence. No reported injuries. The crime took place in the area of W. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, between Old Broadmoor Rd and Springmeadow Dr.  Currently, the only available description is of their vehicle, a beige sedan. There are no known descriptions of the suspects.  Anyone with security footage capturing this incident is urged to contact CSPD immediately.
