Officer Notes October 23 to October 29

Oct. 23 at 7:00pm: Zone 8: Member reported suspicious vehicle on South Club Drive. Black GMC Yukon parked close to mailbox that left at high rate of speed when member started to approach. Two unidentified subjects occupied vehicle. Member called to make BIS aware of incident. No further action requested. Member called back to BIS Officer with some further vehicle identification information and photo for future reference if needed. No action required or taken at this time. Information shared with all BIS Officers for BOLO purposes.

Oct. 25 at 09:12am: Zone 3: Alarm call on Broadmoor Ave. Bis Officer arrived at 0916 and detected audible alarm. Discovered landscape crew at residence that claimed they accidentally set off alarm. Verified with member that landscape crew was authorized to access the residence. False alarm confirmed. Officer cleared at 0930.

Oct. 26 at 09:28am. Zone 4: Alarm call on Hermosa Way. BIS Officer arrived at 0932 and discovered contractor/workers in residence. BIS Officer called and verified with member that contractors were legitimate and that alarm was false. Officer cleared at 0935.

Oct. 27: Nothing to Report

Oct. 28 at 12:35am Zone 5 - BIS Officer observed older navy blue Jeep Patriot with Colorado Plates (snow covered) parked on 5th Street and observed 5 teenaged individuals walking on private property/field. Officer made contact and determined they did not have permission to access the property and escorted them off. No further action required or taken.
