Officer Notes 11/27/23 to 12/3/23

11/27…9:25 am…Zone 6…Broadmoor Valley Road…BIS officer found two packages in the roadway, contents taken. Packages returned to the address. BIS members shared doorbell video from the evening of November 27 at 9:25 pm of a WM wearing a white t-shirt, heavy brown jacket and jeans, picking up the packages leaving North on Broadmoor Valley Road. No vehicles seen on the video.

11/30…7:07 am…Zone 6…Shoreham Circle…Non-member called about a suspicious male wearing a dark hoodie walking three small dogs, stopping and looking at numerous houses. No further description. BIS officer arrived in the area at 7:17 am, several streets in the area were checked. Male not located, nothing unusual seen, non-member was called back.
