At 2:16pm the officer contacted an elderly WM (age 50s-60s) who matched the description at Sierra Vista and Sequoyah Road. Officer waited and watched the male leave the area towards Nevada Ave. No other calls received about this WM.
1/19...2:20pm...Zone 8…Marland Place…. While on patrol, BIS officer spotted a WM in his 30s with blonde/grey beard and wearing a blue jacket walking in the street at the intersection of Marland Place and Marland Rd. Male stated that he was working in the area. This is the same person who was noticed camping last weekend under the bridge by Stratton Lake off Springmeadow Drive. The officer provided verbal directions on how to leave the area. However, the individual stated that he was on a public street and not on private property and threatened to record the interaction on his cell phone. The individual continued walking west on Marland Rd as the officer stayed in his vehicle to monitor where the individual was headed.
