12/5…1:14 pm…Zone 8…Sebastian Heights:  Received a report from a BIS member about a smoke alarm activation inside their home. A BIS officer arrived at the residence at 1:19 PM and, with the homeowner’s consent, inspected the interior of the house. No signs of smoke or any unusual odor were detected. The homeowner reset the alarm, and the officer cleared the scene at 1:27 PM.

12/8…7:10 am…Zone 5…El Encanto Drive:  A BIS member reported a suspicious vehicle that briefly parked in their driveway before driving away. The vehicle was described as an older black SUV with unknown plates, and no description of the driver was available. A BIS officer arrived in the area at 7:28 AM and conducted a search of nearby streets. No vehicles matching the description were found, and no additional calls were received. The BIS member was contacted and informed that the vehicle was no longer in the area. The scene was cleared at 7:50 AM.
