11/12…9:20 am…Zone 2…Polo Drive: Received a call from a non-member regarding a female in a white Honda that was slumped over in the driver’s seat. The officer arrived at 9:26 am, finding the white sedan with CO plates. The driver was awake and on her cell phone. She stated that she was sleeping before her shift. The BIS officer contacted the reporting party and relayed the information. No further action taken. Cleared 9:29am.

11/16…3:06 pm…Zone 10…Penrose Blvd and Mesa Avenue:  Received a call from a resident in the area about an unoccupied blue SUV parked in the middle of the road. Could not determine who called and was not able to obtain further description of the SUV given due to the poor cell phone connection. BIS officer arrived at 3:30 pm, delayed due to construction detour/traffic on Broadmoor Valley Road. The SUV was not located at the intersection.  However, the officer did observe a newer model blue Toyota SUV with CO plates, unoccupied, legally parked at Alta Vista Road and Sanford Road. Several individuals were seen walking/hiking on the street and in the Strawberry Fields area. No other calls were received. Nothing unusual was noticed in the area. Cleared at 3:35 pm.
