2/6…11:28 am…Zone 2…7th street…Received a call of a deceased deer on 7th street just North of Lake Ave. Deer not in the roadway, BIS officer called the city street department’s animal removal number. Deer was removed within an hour of calling.

2/7…9:55 am…Zone 3…High Valley Court…BIS officer helped an elderly resident walk back up the icy driveway after member put out his trash can.

2/8…3:15 pm…Zone 2…Polo Drive/7th street…BIS officer observed a WM wearing jeans, reflective vest carrying an IPAD walking down several driveways. Male was contacted, stated he was soliciting in the area. Male was advised to not enter onto BIS member’s properties.

2/8..3:19 pm…Zone 3…Bear Paw Lane South…BIS officer observed a BM wearing a gray hoodie with a lanyard with an ID badge, carrying an IPAD. Male was contacted, soliciting in the area, advised not to enter BIS member’s properties.

2/9…7:07pm…Zone 1…Mesa Ave/1st street…Suspicious vehicle driving slowly through the area. White 4 door Pontiac sedan with no license plates/temp tags, driven by a WF 40s with shoulder length black hair. The BIS officer watched her drive slowly on Mesa Ave to 3rd street. The driver turned onto 3rd street to Elm Ave. Upon seeing the patrol vehicle, she turned on her hazard lights briefly then sped up to 2nd street. Last seen going west on Lake Ave, never seen in the area before.
