12/4…10:16 am…Zone 8…Pourtales Road…BIS officer spotted a water main break on Pourtales Road near Broadmoor Elementary School. Colorado Springs utilities was notified by BIS Officer and officer redirected traffic due to the condition of the road above the water main break until CO Springs Utilities arrived. Utilities arrived on scene at 11:07 am, BIS officer clear at 11:11 am.

12/5…8:35 am…Zone 8…Cheyenne Mtn Blvd/Pourtales Road…While patrolling, BIS officer found another water main break. Colorado Springs utilities notified and informed BIS that a repair crew was enroute.

12/7…8:26 am…Zone 6…Hidden Creek Drive…Suspicious vehicle…While checking a member’s house BIS Officer observed a red Dodge 1500 pickup truck with CO plates parked on the street in front of the residence. Occupied by a Hispanic male wearing a black shirt. Upon seeing the BIS Officer, the male began to act nervous and drove south on Broadmoor Valley Road quickly. BIS Officer recorded details of vehicle and driver and monitored area the remainder of the shift. Information passed to all other BIS Officers as a BOLO (Be On the Look Out) message.
