starting at approximately 9:00 PM and lasting approximately 20 minutes.

Non-Emergency Reporting

Submit a Non-Emergency Suspicious Activity Report either by email bis80906@earthlink.net or phone at 719-634-4000.

Please provide all pertinent information -- remember the W's - Who, What, Where and When.

 

Car Description -- If known, please include Make, Model, Color and License, including state registered.

 

  • Were there any distinguishing characteristics of the car - such as a burned out headlight, or a broken window?

  • Which direction was the car going?

  • Was it speeding, cruising or parked?
     

Person Description --

  • What did the person look like? Male or female? Nationality?

  • Were they: short / tall, heavy / slim, old / young?

  • What were they wearing: hat / no hat, color of clothes, jacket or not, shoes?

  • Any identifying characteristics - wearing glasses, walking with a limp, etc.

  • Where did they come from? Where did they appear to be going?
     

Nature of the Activity -- Tell us what prompted you to think you should report this activity. Example,"The person was looking into neighbors windows and seemed to be trying to get in."

Location -- Where did this happen? Please provide an address or intersection if possible.

 

Time --When did this activity take place? Date and time? Be sure to denote AM or PM.

 

Only reports in the BIS area will be accepted. If you have activity outside this area, please call the CSPD or the El Paso County Sheriff.
